2010 - 2022 | Chef/Head Chef

I worked in the restaurant business for 12 years, over half of it as a Head Chef with several restaurants under my belt. Making a great dish together with a Team now translates into making Automation- and AI-Solutions with a team of developers.

2021 - 2022 | System Developer (.NET), Lexicon Vocational Training

Completed a professional vocational training program in .NET system development at Lexicon, aimed at providing both practical and formal qualifications to enter the IT industry. During the program, I also earned the Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certification, strengthening my cloud computing foundation alongside my development skills.

2022 - Present | IT & Security Strategist / Full-Stack Developer – Bitoreq AB

At Bitoreq, I combined my background as a developer with my passion for security and strategy. I was responsible for building a multi-tenant SaaS platform from the ground up, using .NET 8, Blazor, and gRPC microservices, all orchestrated within Kubernetes for scalability and redundancy. I introduced secure authentication flows with both Azure AD and BankID, and designed self-service tenant onboarding to minimize friction for new customers.

All projects were closely coordinated with the Customers, we had meetings biweekly to make sure what we make fulfils their needs, the focus group also test the product with us. Which meant a big part of my task was to communicate and meet customers to understand their needs and our technical requirements.

In parallel, I drove security initiatives to prepare the company for upcoming EU regulations such as NIS2 and the Cyber Resilience Act, creating policies, onboarding/offboarding routines, and incident response structures. I also developed AI-driven solutions for meeting transcription, summarization, and conversational assistance, helping organizations both public and private handle sensitive and complex social workflows more efficiently and securely.
